These terms of use (« Terms ») govern use of the website, the digital services and the online features operated by Wokgoué Visa & Immigration Services Inc. (« WVIS », « we »), including the communication features supported by WVIS Messaging Integration.
By using our digital services or communicating with WVIS through the supported channels, you agree to use those services in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law.
1. About WVIS
Wokgoué Visa & Immigration Services Inc. is a Canadian immigration consulting firm. Our professional services are provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations.
These Terms concern the use of our digital services and do not replace the specific terms of a professional services contract entered into with a client.
2. WVIS Messaging Integration and WhatsApp
WVIS Messaging Integration is an internal business integration used by WVIS to support authorized communications with prospective and existing clients through the official services of Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
This integration may allow WVIS to receive, process and manage WhatsApp communications, including messages and, where applicable and authorized, information or files sent voluntarily as part of a communication with WVIS.
Use of WhatsApp also remains subject to the applicable terms, policies and settings of WhatsApp and Meta.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WVIS’s digital services in order to:
- transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious content;
- infringe the rights or the safety of another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to WVIS systems, accounts or data;
- disrupt or compromise the operation or security of our systems;
- use our services in a manner contrary to applicable laws or regulations.
4. Electronic communications
When you communicate with WVIS by WhatsApp, email, web form or any other supported electronic channel, you consent to receiving the communications needed to answer your request and to follow up on the professional or business relationship concerned, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Sending a message to WVIS does not guarantee acceptance of a mandate, the creation of a consultant-client relationship or the obtaining of any immigration outcome.
5. Information and documents sent
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to WVIS. You must send only information and documents that you are authorized to disclose.
Information received is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with applicable legal and professional obligations.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
WVIS’s use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
Instructions for requesting deletion of certain data are available on our page Data deletion.
7. Third-party services
Some WVIS features may depend on services provided by third parties, including communication or technology infrastructure services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
WVIS exercises no control over the services independently operated by those third parties and does not alter their terms of use.
8. Availability and security
WVIS takes reasonable measures to ensure the operation and security of its digital services. However, we do not guarantee that a digital service will be available without interruption or that it will be free of any error or technical failure.
We may suspend, restrict or modify a feature where that is reasonably necessary for reasons of security, maintenance, compliance or operations.
9. General information and professional services
General content available on the website or sent as part of a preliminary communication does not necessarily constitute legal advice or professional advice suited to a particular situation.
WVIS’s professional services are governed, where applicable, by a separate agreement or contract setting out, among other things, the scope of the mandate, the responsibilities of the parties and the fees.
10. Changes
WVIS may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, its practices, the technologies used or applicable requirements. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, subject to any mandatory rule otherwise applicable.

The integration may enable WVIS to receive, process and manage WhatsApp communications, including messages and, where applicable and authorized, information or files voluntarily provided in connection with communications with WVIS.

- violate the rights or security of another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to WVIS systems, accounts or data;
- interfere with or compromise the operation or security of our systems;
- use our services in a manner contrary to applicable laws or regulations.
4. Electronic communications
When you communicate with WVIS through WhatsApp, email, a web form or another supported electronic channel, you consent to receiving communications reasonably necessary to respond to your request and manage the relevant professional or business relationship, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Sending a message to WVIS does not by itself guarantee acceptance of a professional mandate, establish a consultant-client relationship, or guarantee any immigration outcome.
5. Information and documents you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to WVIS. You should only provide information and documents that you are authorized to disclose.
Information received by WVIS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal and professional obligations.
