The founder
Célestin Wokgoué

A business administration graduate of ESSEC in Douala, his path took him from the United Kingdom to France, where he lived for twelve years, and then to Canada. It was by going through these steps himself that he came to understand how complex Canadian immigration programs are.
He went back to school and earned, with distinction, the Canadian Immigration Consultant Diploma, then founded the firm. He is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants, a member of the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce and a commissioner of oaths for Quebec and outside Quebec.

No form leaves without having been read over by a second regulated consultant. That is the rule that catches wrong dates and missing documents.
The refusal said before the payment
If a plan is not viable today, we say so at the first assessment and we explain what is missing. Every year we turn down files we could have billed.
