Can I bring you a file that has already been refused?
Yes, and it is an important part of our work. We request the officer’s notes, we read the real reason for the refusal, then we tell you frankly whether a new application has a chance of succeeding.
Do you work from abroad?
Yes. Most of our clients are outside Canada when the file is opened. Meetings are held by video conference and documents can be dropped off at the Douala office.
