\nChoosing your institution, not just your city\n<\/h1>

\nA study permit is applied for in respect of one specific designated learning institution. The choice of institution decides the cost, eligibility for the post-graduation work permit and often the rest of the journey.\n<\/p>

Most international students know the major Canadian cities such as Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver and dream of studying there. <\/p>\n

Some, however, are drawn to the idea of attending a college or university in a mid-sized city such as Gatineau in Quebec, or Moncton in New Brunswick.<\/p>\n

Others again choose to study in a smaller Canadian town such as Wolfville, Nova Scotia, or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.<\/p>
