About WVIS<\/h3>\n<p>\nWokgou\u00e9 Visa &amp; Immigration Services Inc. is a Canadian immigration consulting firm. Our professional services are provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThese Terms concern the use of our digital services and do not replace the specific terms of a professional services contract entered into with a client.\n<\/p>\n<h3>2. WVIS Messaging Integration and WhatsApp<\/h3>\n<p>\nWVIS Messaging Integration is an internal business integration used by WVIS to support authorized communications with prospective and existing clients through the official services of Meta\u2019s WhatsApp Business Platform.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThis integration may allow WVIS to receive, process and manage WhatsApp communications, including messages and, where applicable and authorized, information or files sent voluntarily as part of a communication with WVIS.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nUse of WhatsApp also remains subject to the applicable terms, policies and settings of WhatsApp and Meta.\n<\/p>\n<h3>3. Acceptable use<\/h3>\n<p>You agree not to use WVIS\u2019s digital services in order to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious content;<\/li>\n<li>infringe the rights or the safety of another person;<\/li>\n<li>attempt to gain unauthorized access to WVIS systems, accounts or data;<\/li>\n<li>disrupt or compromise the operation or security of our systems;<\/li>\n<li>use our services in a manner contrary to applicable laws or regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Electronic communications<\/h3>\n<p>\nWhen you communicate with WVIS by WhatsApp, email, web form or any other supported electronic channel, you consent to receiving the communications needed to answer your request and to follow up on the professional or business relationship concerned, subject to applicable legal requirements.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSending a message to WVIS does not guarantee acceptance of a mandate, the creation of a consultant-client relationship or the obtaining of any immigration outcome.\n<\/p>\n<h3>5. Information and documents sent<\/h3>\n<p>\nYou are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to WVIS. You must send only information and documents that you are authorized to disclose.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nInformation received is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with applicable legal and professional obligations.\n<\/p>\n<h3>6. Confidentiality and data protection<\/h3>\n<p>\nWVIS\u2019s use of personal information is described in our\n<a href=\"https:\/\/wviscanada.ca\/en\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\">Privacy policy<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nInstructions for requesting deletion of certain data are available on our page\n<a href=\"https:\/\/wviscanada.ca\/en\/suppression-des-donnees\/\">Data deletion<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<h3>7. Third-party services<\/h3>\n<p>\nSome WVIS features may depend on services provided by third parties, including communication or technology infrastructure services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWVIS exercises no control over the services independently operated by those third parties and does not alter their terms of use.\n<\/p>\n<h3>8. Availability and security<\/h3>\n<p>\nWVIS takes reasonable measures to ensure the operation and security of its digital services. However, we do not guarantee that a digital service will be available without interruption or that it will be free of any error or technical failure.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWe may suspend, restrict or modify a feature where that is reasonably necessary for reasons of security, maintenance, compliance or operations.\n<\/p>\n<h3>9.
